Plug-In Hybrid Toyota 1/X Concept Car. I’d Rather Have A Hybrid Pacer

  Bio Plastic will make this 1/X Plug-in Hybrid Toyota, faster, stronger, able to leap a single Prius in a single bound. 

But it will never escape the ugly.  Who designs these concept vehicles?  I mean what was their childhood like?  Did they only get the reject Hot Wheels? 

Thank goodness this will most likely never see the light of day.
