Okay, you have to follow the trail here:  A top consultant for John McCain, Mike Hudome is married to Randa Fahmy Hudome, who was the associate deputy energy secretary for the Bush administration.  It has come to light that she is a lobbist for the Khaddafi government and was doing so while Libya was still considered a Terrorist nation. "Mrs. Hudome's Web site, as of May 28, 2008, states that her firm, Fahmy Hudome International, "has represented a number of foreign governments and entities, including the Government of Libya. After two years of persistent and effective advocacy for Libya, FHI achieved a great success in May of 2006, when the U.S. Department of State removed Libya from its list of countries sponsoring terrorism. This was a historic foreign policy achievement, as Libya was the first and only country ever to have been removed from the U.S. terrorist list through diplomatic means. FHI is also credited with the normalization of relations between the United States and Libya. FHI is now focusing on the next phase of U.S.-Libya relations by representing U.S. companies who wish to do business there."

Let's just remember that 270 people died in the Pam Am flight that libya took down, and has never stood trial.  This is yet another lobbyist tied to the McCain campaign with deep ties to America hating countries.  This from the guy who has pledged to fight Washington Lobbyist.  Lobbyist are a vital culture of Washington, but it all depends on what and who they are lobbying for.
