Apple hits another milestone with it's online music store, and it does so only 4 months after the first major iTunes milestone. 5 Billion songs have been downloaded from the iTunes superstore, 5 Billion. 4 months prior Apple handled 4 Billion downloads.
Now, multiply that by 99cents, and then subtract about million for free Tuesday's. Of course this doesn't account for full albums, movies and rentals. That's a lot of cash in 4 months.
