I have been a sushi fan for just over one year now, and I can't get enough. On Monday, I was treated for lunch at RA Sushi and I wanted to tell you about the healthy, light and yummy meal I had there. We ordered Bento Boxes. What's a Bento Box you may ask. Well, I will do my best to explain and let the visual above do the rest.

First of all you can only get these boxes at lunch (11-3 daily) . The box consists of uchi salad (mixed greens with soy ginger vinaigrette), white rice, spinach gyoza (sauteed Asian potsticker served with sesame-mustard sauce), a vegetable spring roll and your choice of one of the following: shrimp or vegetable tempura, chicken, beef or salmon teriyaki or chicken katsu ( breaded chicken). This is also served with a bowl of miso soup (tofu pieces, seaweed & green onion in a miso broth). All of this under for under $8.00. We always order a roll with our Bento Box and this time we tried a Toosty Maki Roll (crab mix, shrimp, cucumber rolled & topped with crunchy tempura bits & drizzeld with a sweet eel sauce). Oh, so good! So check out their website to see if there is a RA Sushi near you neck of the woods.
