If it weren't for the fact that I hated all three of these flicks, I would say that this is a good idea.  Okay whatever, this is a good idea.  Spider-Man 4, a film that as of yet, does not have the greenlight, could have in it's midst an extra that paid serious cash to get in the flick.

Either the Charity that the proceeds will be given too is a fake non-profit set up by the studio, or this is a brilliant marketing campaign to get Producers behind the idea of financially financing another sappy train wreck.  

Which ever the case, the highest bid, and the bid has started at $5,000.00, will get some fan a cameo, meet and greet and all day on-set hang.  All rules and limitation will be set forth by Sony.  Which probably means that can take your "donation" and tell you to get lost.  But you won't go for that, your Spidey sense is working.
