It has been 2 years this month since I began working with Russian Kettlebells. I originally started because of an disc herniation I suffered in my lumbar spine(lower back) in June of 2006. The injury's direct occurrence is still unknown, but I believe it to have something to do with a lot of heavy deadlifts I was doing at the time followed by a lot of very aggressive sneezing fits I was having in the mornings due to allergies. I had to find new ways to train myself.  That is where the kettlebells came into the picture.

I have had some setbacks along the way, but now have my sites set to attend the February 2009 RKC(Russian Kettlebell Challenge) certification in San Jose, CA.  I am needing your direct support in order to help me accomplish this goal.  They only hold the cert once every couple months in the U.S. and I am dedicating myself to making this one.

UPDATE: I just wanted to provide you with an update of how my journey to the Russian Kettlebell Challenge Certification is going.  I want to sincerely thank all of you who have so graciously donated toward helping me reach my goal.  So far $175 of the needed $566 to register by this Thursday has come in!!!   That is so awesome of you all and I am really thankful for all of your thoughts and prayers.

For those of you thinking about donating toward my RKC Certification Vision the link to my dedicated website is HERE: http://garonrkc.blogspot.com/

On the site, as well as right here on Morning Paper, you’ll see a button for the PayPal Donation which also accepts credit cards as well.

Thank you VERY, VERY much!!!
