I’ll have a triple nonfat no foam latte!  Oh, and someone left their gun.  

A British MPS authorised firearms officer who was on duty while grabbing a cup of Joe from the neighborhood Starbucks, left his semi-automatic Glock 17 gun in the restroom, or I should say, “WC.”

The unnamed officer, who the Sun newspaper said provided personal protection for Middle East peace envoy Tony Blair, forgot the weapon after she visited the coffee house last week.

“A police issue firearm was left unattended in a central London cafe on Friday evening and was found by a member of the public,” a Metropolitan Police (MPS) spokeswoman said.

The Super Bobby in question is being investigated, which probably isn’t half as bad as all the heckling he’s taking from his buddies on the force.  But to be fair, after a few sips of Starbucks coffee with hot milk and a bran muffin, urgency and deliverance can be so all encompassing that forgetting something like a Glock on the side of the toilet bowl, is to be expected.
