BGR‘s latest dig in and leak info has uncovered a few really good goodies.  Perhaps biggest of them all is the discovery of “Copy and Paste” on the new touchscreen RIM device, the Blackberry Storm.  Why is this big news? ÂÂ
Simple, the dumbest most irritating aspect of the iPhone involves a very simple omitted feature, “Copy and Paste.”  How such a evolved OS and hardware designed to make your life technically sound and mobile ready with ease does not have a basic feature like “Copy and Paste” is beyond comprehension. ÂÂ
Looks like RIM has seized upon that weakness and exploited it with a two finger operation.  Sliding two fingers over your desired selection highlights it, then MENU-COPY.  Go to desired placement and MENU-PASTE, done!  We’ve been doing it for years now on mobile phones, no big deal, it’s just a part of using your smartphone. ÂÂ
Seriously Apple, this is kinda stupid, everybody, and I mean everybody wants the ability to “Copy and Paste” on their iPhones, a function that can be achieved on a Treo650 for God’s sake.
