First just let me say that I cannot say with 100% conviction that this is reality, but I really hope that it is because it’s hilarious!  The AP reports that Google has indeed released “Mail Goggles“, the Google safe guard for “your butt is too drunk to send this email right now.”

In your Gmail settings (I just checked mine, not there) select “Labs” and enable.  From that point on you will be required to answer a few math questions, if you can’t answer them the email does not get sent.

This means you wont get an angry phone call from the ex the next morning.  Or a pink slip when you walk into work.

UPDATE:  BAMM! just checked before posting and it is indeed there!
