1. Current Upgrades available for ACE™

2. Here is what you will need to upgrade your ACE™
- PC requirements: Microsoft® Windows 2000 with Service Pack 2; Windows XP with Service Pack 2 or Windows Vista™.
- USB data cable (that was included in the box with your handset).
- Active Sync 4.5 or Windows Mobile Device Center
- Samsung ACE handset with fully charged battery.
3. Now you are ready to download the Upgrade tool
- Back up the data currently stored on your ACE. (Samsung recommends that you remove your microSD and SIM cards).

- Load the USB driver to your computer. (Click here for the Driver)
- Allow yourself around 15 – 20 minutes to complete the upgrade process.
- Check with your company's IT policy before updating your software.
