Seriously, have we just entered the Twilight Zone? Day is night and night is day. The iPhone Best the Blackberry in Business satisfaction, a Black man becomes the President and AT&T allows WiFi Tethering of the iPhone? Everyone, turn and look, It's Rod Serling!
Actually it's AT&T CEO Ralph De la Vega speaking at the Web 2.0 internet summit, telling the audience and the world that AT&T will soon allow iPhone Tethering over WiFi at the many hotspots they now own across the country.
There is no word on when this will happen, but he does say soon. Don't be surprised if they find a way to charge users a small fortune for the privilege of being able to hook up their laptops and surf through the iPhone's WiFi.
After all, we are talking about AT&T
