Probably the largest and most glaring omission from Apple's App Store is the absence of trial demos of any application buyers may or may not want. Developers normally give potential customers a chance to use the Software for up to 30 days before the app stops working and informs of the need to purchase a key.
But the control freak tendencies of Apple has not allowed users the ability to offer that convenience until now according to MacRumors.
Apple has finally given in and is now allowing developers the ability to let you try it before you buy it. But in typical Apple fashion, they had to go and do it their way. The Apple way means that developers get 50 promotional codes, so the first 50 potential buyers to any one title can get it and try it out before they purchase. If you're not one of the 50, oh well...buy it, hope you like it.
