This is a horrible, sad and freaky story. A woman from Manilla moved to Oregon to be with the man she had been dating for two years. He took her to a cliff known notoriously for its “sneaker waves” pulling unsuspecting beachcombers out to sea. He brought with him a wedding ring and was about to propose to her when a wave came up and snatched her out to sea. He describes her look as he watched her get pulled by the powerful waves out to sea.
