Very slow weekend for film folks.  Clint Eastwood managed to take the number one spot with good word of mouth about his film Gran Torino.  Eastwood bought in $29M for his efforts.  The brain dead Bride Wars came in second with a $21.5M take.  The Unborn, with a shocking appearance of one of the all time great actors Gary Oldman, came in third with $$21.1M.
Marley & Me stuck it out in the top five with a $11M haul, with Brad Pitt’s epic title movie, The Curious Case Of Benjamin Button, rounded out the top five with $9.45M.  Which one did you see, and was it worth it?
