In the homophobic world of mens professional sports, a charge like this can be a serious game changer.  Eddy Curry, the center for the New York Knicks has been charged with sexual harassment by his ex driver.  The driver claims that the basketball star made repeated advances at him.  David Kuchinsky says some of those advances were made in the nude with Curry saying things like, ”Come and touch it Dave,” and “Look at me.”
The driver also claims that Curry made him pick up towels after Curry had ejaculated into them, ohhh, this is soooo goood!  Kuchinsky doesn’t stop there.  As if that wasn’t enough to level onto a former employer, Kuchinsky says that racial slurs were hurled at him with Curry calling the Jewish plaintiff a ”f—ing Jew,” “cracker,” “white slave,” “white devil” and “grandmaster of the KKK.”
Kuchinsky wants $98,000 in the suit which includes $68,000 in unpaid wages and an owed amount of $25,000, all of which was not paid to him during his tenure from October 2005 through October 2008.  That’s a long time to work for a guy who keeps telling you to “touch it.”
But the driver claims that he was in fear of leaving because Curry held a gun to his head on several occasions.
“Instead of paying him, they discriminated against him, figuring that it would keep him there,” said Kuchinsky’s lawyer, Matthew Blit. “Imagine going into your boss’s office … and he stands up and drops his pants and he asks you take care of him. Those actions are unacceptable whether it’s in a corporate office or a private home.”
Of course all charges are being denied by Curry and his lawyer, but unfortunately accusations like these stick wether or not they are true or not.  This is going to be a creeper story, so we’ll keep an eye on it for you.

The NYPost had a story about this today. It points out that the plaintiff has a criminal record and the accusation did not surface until he wanted money, even though the alleged episode(s) go back years. In the end, it’s all about money.
