[Video] Man Kidnaps A Cab And Fires 28 Rounds At Police, Captured On Dash Cam

The assailant was finally popped by a sharp shooter and was rushed to the hospital in critical condition.  The authorities say he died after he was removed from life support.  While spraying his bullets at the police, Darrel Brown was said to be screaming “Shoot me! Kill me!”  He got his wish.
