The votes are in and a new leader stands well above the pack according to the prestigious JD Power and Associates.  If you’re a T-Mobile customer, you can either agree or disagree with their findings and I have a feeling there are those on both sides.  

T-Mobile, with it’s 3G covering barely off the ground, ranks #1 in customer satisfaction.  It would seem that subscribers of the network are plenty happy with the way they are treated when an issue arrives.  

Customers would have to be happy with their choice of devices because T-Mobile has plenty to choose from.  

T-Mobile ranked highest among all wireless providers in Overall Customer Care Performance, above all its competitors and significantly ahead of the industry average. 

In interactions between consumers and customer care representatives, T-Mobile ranked significantly above the industry average. 

T-Mobile ranked highest in online customer service and walk-in interactions at retail stores. 

T-Mobile scored well above other wireless carriers and the industry average with the lowest average hold times.

No one remembers who lost the Superbowl, but in case you’re wondering, Verizon came in second.
