The long standoff off the shore of Somalia is finally over with Captain Richard Phillips injured but now safe in the hands of the American Navy. Navy SEALS sharpshooters parachuted into a location out of view of the pirates holding phillips. When the Navy sharpshooters felt the Phillips was in imminent danger they shot three of the pirates in the head killing them instantly. The operation was personally approved by President Obama which has drawn cries of revenge from Somali pirates for the killing of three of their own. The fourth has been captured and is in custody.
Thanks goodness this is over and Captain Richards is alive and safe.

Hopefully Obama will maintain such a stance with these pirates next time he deals with them. They will certainly try to show us that they’re in charge.
When anyone,,in the states or abroad shoots at someone, takes hostages, or takes over by force a vessel of any type,,they need to be exterminated at once,,,no exceptions…maybe that would detour some in thinking they can behave that way,,,and if not,,,they die too.
