Let me just start by telling you that details are extremely light on this one, but being that it’s coming from the New York Times, I’m okay with feeling okay to tell you it’s okay to go ahead and believe it.  It should come as no surprise that T-Mobile would be looking to compete with AT&T and Verzion for dominance in your home. And to that effect, it looks like T-Mobile will be releasing their very own land-line hub.
T-Mobile plans to sell a home phone early next year and soon after a tablet computer, both running Android, according to confidential documents obtained from one of the company’s partners. The phone will plug into a docking station and come with another device that handles data synchronization as it recharges the phone’s battery.
And to make it sweeter, the new home phone and Tablet PC will be powered by Android.  Google and T-Mobile must really love each other.
Something nice for T-Mobile subscribers to look forward to even though it won’t see the light of day until sometime next year.
