Obit Billy Mays

Billy Mays, the boisterous TV pitchman for Orange Glo, OxiClean and a few other late night television household product break through inventions, has been found dead at the age of 50 in his Tampa Bay home.

Mays was found by his wife who found him unresponsive at 7:45 a.m this morning.

“Although Billy lived a public life, we don’t anticipate making any public statements over the next couple of days,” said Mays’ wife, Deborah. “Our family asks that you respect our privacy during these difficult times.” AP–

Cause of death has yet to be determined and at the moment police are ruling out foul play. Billy Mays had been recently making the rounds in promotion for his new co-hosted Discovery Channel show “Pitchmen.”

Sad news coming on the heels of Michael Jackson, Farrah Fawcet and Ed McMahon.
