Well that was right?! Remember the days when you could hook up your Palm Pre to your Mac or PC, fire up iTunes 8.1 and sync your iTunes music to your Pre? Yeah, it was weird when we all heard that Apple may shut the door on the ability because it just didn’t seem logical.

Well, Spock be damned because iTunes 8.2.1 does in fact kill the ability for all non Apple devices to easily plug in and download. Bummer. I’m sure some internet guru will create a hack to get it going again, but until then you’ll have to sync the old fashion way.
