If your mobile life is in need of a very good Task Manager, have a look at one of my favorite Blackberry apps, got-2 Pro. I have been using this app on my Blackberries for quite some time and I must tell you, I really like it. There is a free version that I used for awhile when got-2 was first introduced, but that version came with ads.

With got-2 Pro the ads are gone and in there place are a ton of great new features.

If you prefer crossing items off your list versus constantly checking your calendar, then got-2 Pro Task Manager is for you. Not only does it synchronize nicely with the task list and BlackBerry calendar, it also allows you to easily generate task lists, subtasks, and add agenda items to appoinments.

You might think that those features would make got-2 Pro cool enough...but...

got-2 Pro also has an sophisticated reminder system that will alert you either by a given date/time or a GPS location!

RELEASE NOTES:
- Uses the pre-installed (primary) BlackBerry Calendar and Task applications to store/retrieve appointments and tasks.
- To sync tasks with dates with popular calendaring tools, tasks with dates sync as all-day calendar items and vice-versa.
- Tasks and Appointments displayed focus on the next seven days along with overdue items.
- Proximity to destination is periodically polled for destinations configured by user. If got-2 Pro detects a low battery on the device, polling is disabled.
- Location based task alerts trigger at 100m for those with a GPS enabled device (A-GPS is not supported).
- Recurring appointments are displayed in got-2 but created/edited in BB Calendar or external sync'd calendar.
