Inkiness3

Two weeks ago I talked about a new iPhone/iPod Touch app could Inkiness. Inkiness allows users the ability to freehand write on a notepad. Users can not only write but draw, scribble, just about anything that can be done with a pencil and paper.

Fenrir Inc, were kind enough to give me a review copy ofthe app which I have used for those two weeks. I haven’t done too much drawing, by I have done a ton of scribbling.

Let me state that this isn’t an app that users will pick up and immediately go to town with. Inkiness takes a bit of getting used. My first couple of attempts were barely legible. Inkiness requires a certain touch. When you place your finger on the screen, a small cursor appears. I found that the straighter I held my finger the easier it was to write understandable letters.

The more you use Inkiness the easier it gets. Two weeks of use means that I can now open it up and jott down quick notes with my finger, and better yet, I can read it when I need to.

There is no doubt that Inkiness can provide users many fun uses just as Fenrir Inc, intended, but I think just as I have discovered, most will discover that this is a great way to write down phone numbers or address’s or any short notes quickly without dealing with the hassle of using the keyboard in any of the other apps.

Inkiness automatically saves your new notes so write and close, come back and get the info when needed.

I highly recommend this app.

Our latest iPhone application ”Inkiness” provides you with natural pen ink quality writing just as if you were using a fountain pen.
Unlike other handwriting applications, we put our focus more on a supreme feeling and joy of using a real ink pen rather than basicfunctions as a writing tool. Just with your finger, you can get the most pleasure ever you have got from other writing tools as well as real pen ink quality drawing just as if written with a high quality fountain pen. You can create thin lines by operating your finger quickly. On the contrary, you can create firm lines by operating your fingerslowly. It really gives real ink like texture achieved by a fountain pen.
This application that gives you a supreme feeling similar to high quality notepad and fountain pen, is available only at US$2.99.
