Appearance at the University of Arizona College of Law, Supreme Court Justice Antonin Scalia let it be known that he would have most likely dissented from the Brown v. Board Of Education decision. That vote led to the abolishing of segregation in the American school system. A landmark victory for human kind and decency would still exist if it were left up to Scalia. Scalia would have also upheld homosexuality and sodomy as punishable crimes.

“The only thing you can be sure of is the Constitution will mean whatever the American people want it to mean today,” Scalia continued. “And that’s not what a constitution is for. The whole purpose of a constitution is to constrain the desires of the current society.”

WTF??? This guy has a lifetime job interpeting laws that a few hundred million people of varying walks of life have to live under. “constrain the desires of the current society.” Again, WTF???
