[Video] Republicans Voted Keep Rape Legal (Jon Stewart)

Al Franken’s bill stating that military and government contractors could no longer hide behind a clause that said they could not be sued for rape. A female co-worker was the victim of a gang rape, and she could not sue. The bill passed, but it passed with Republican’ts voting “Nay” on th e bil. The F’ing Republicant’s voted to continue the shielding of rapist because Al Franken introduced the bill.
