Smoke em' if you got em'...and you live in Breckenridge, Colorado.... And you only have 1 ounce on your person. If you meet all those criteria, then you can get lit. Until the Colorado Supreme Courts strikes it down, which you know is going to happen. Residents of the Breckenridge, where they like to ski, have Independent Film Festival and get high, passed a symbolic measure yesterday stating that an ounce of weed is okay. However, it's illegal to use pot in the state of Colorado unless you have a doctors note, so the vote doesn't really get smokers much cover.

But it is a moral victory for those trying to show Washington and the rest of the country how ass backwards America's marijuana laws are. But, on a side note. The next Film Festival up there is going to be one hell of a good time!
