Pocket Nutritionist is a simple to use Nutrition Calculator. This

Although this program was originally designed for Personal Trainers, this program now includes a food calorie tracker and a daily exercise calorie tracker so that it can be used by almost anyone to help them acheive there fitness goals.
Along with the comprehensive list of common foods and activities, Pocket Nutritionist also allows you to add up to 20 custom foods and activities.
Although there are many other similar calculators available, most are not nearly as comprehensive in calculating nutritional needs. This application is also built with an easy to use user interface that allows you to access all of the important information in a limited number of screens.
