The frosted side of me wants to congratulate this woman for dialing 911 and telling them that she was too drunk to drive. But the shredded wheat side says screw her, her drunk butt should have never been behind the wheel in the first place. In the time it took her to make that 911 call, she could have easily killed ten or more innocent people.
