Like a few others, when I started playing Mirrors Edge I absolutely hated it, and was one fall away from ejecting it for a refund. But then something happened. I successfully completed a ‘wall run – wall jump’ and suddenly it was on! However, at the moment that I became fully engaged, the game was over. Hopefully (if there is a Mirrors Edge 2) the second one will go a little longer than the first. And don’t mess with the menu music EA, it’s close to being the best part of the game.

Anyway, for fans of the game, it looks like we will get a chance to play it again, but this time it can be played while walking around an actual city, because in 2010, Mirrors Edge will be a iPhone/iPod Touch game! No word on exact date or how much, but the game will make its way to the iPhone OS with 14 levels and 14 levels of aggravation trying to do wall runs with the iPhone accelerometer. Sweet.
