Tuesday’s massive Blackberry outage, according to RIM, had everything to do with to new versions of Blackberry Messenger. V 5.0.0.55 and 5.0.0.56, wreaked havoc according to RIM and thousands of Blackberry users. If BBM doesn’t strike fear in heart now, then this is for you. RIM is asking anyone wishing to update and use Blackberry Messenger, to please download and upgrade from the Blackberry Twitter page. The version is now at version 5.0.0.57.

Let’s hope this on goes without any hiccups.
