
Yeah, apparently those Verizon commercials, big suit law suits and potential for a iPhone vacate next year, have all come together to make AT&T think of ways to make customers feel better about dropped calls and no coverage. The best AT&T could come up with is an iPhone app that lets the user Mark The Spot of the dropped call or loss of coverage and send it immediately to home base. Of course this means an annoying pop up every time a drop occurs, but that’s okay because users will have the feeling that they are somewhat in control of what’s happening to them……. NOT.
