At this point it seems like going to the Cebu prison in the Philippines is a fun filled experience. Prisoners get to practice dance routines and perform for cameras and fans. This time around the inmates got the chance to perform a set from the Michael Jackson film “This Is It” with Jackson’s choreographer Travis Payne and two other dancers.
